MEETING NOTICE

PLACE: WHEATON BILLAGE CRAFT BUILDING

MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY

Minutes of April 8, 2008

     George Conover called the meeting to order with 15 members present.  Karen Rivera read the meeting minutes of March 11, 2008 and the Treasurer’s report.  Both accepted and read.  Treasurer’s report on file

     Tami Hickerson gave updates and reported on our Website.  Mitch Brown reported on prices for race advertisement on local TV station 40.

     A vote was taken either to raffle of a pair of NASCAR tickets for this year or to raffle off a Quad.  Results of the vote were to raffle off NASCAR tickets again this year.

     A discussion of how to break-down the selling of ads for a program book.  Frank Beck is going to work on this.

     Hank Wendt discussed the future of cockpit clearances for above helmet area and the possibility of breathalyzer testing for drivers.

     John Fitzgerald mentioned the future possibility of NJ mandatory boat insurance.

     Jodi Brown said that they would be hosting a party Saturday night (Sept 6^th) across from the Pits again this year.

     With no further business, old or new, John Fitzgerald made a motion to adjourn ad Dave Sutton second.
